(10/02/06) Announcement - Section 198 Notification

The Company was notified by a letter dated 7 February 2006 that RAB Capital plc, acting as investment manager for a number of commingled funds, currently holds 92,058,939 ordinary shares which represents 4.05% of the Company’s issued share capital.

RAB Capital plc does not act as custodian for its clients and therefore the shares are held in the nominee name of the custodian of its clients, which is CSFB Nominees Ltd and Morgan Stanley & Co. International Ltd.
