(14/10/05) Resignation

GTL Resources PLC announces the resignation of Michael Fox, Chief Executive, with immediate effect. Having played his part in securing the company’s first project, the building of an Ethanol plant in the USA, Michael has decided that it is now a good time to pursue other interests. The GTL Board has thanked Michael for his work and wishes him well in the future.
