( 19/12/05) AGM Resolutions

GTL Resources PLC (“GTL”) announces that at the company's Annual General Meeting held today all of the resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed. The resolution relating to the appointment of Gary Hudson as a director was not put to the Meeting. Accordingly the Directors of GTL are now Peter Middleton, Mike Brennan, Daniel de Lange, Julia Henderson, Michael Nobbs and Graham Wickham.
