(20/12/06) Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, the Company would like to notify the market that GTL’s issued share capital consists of 22,702,745 ordinary shares with a nominal value of £1 each, with voting rights.  The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in GTL is 22,702,745 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, GTL under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
