(18/05/07) Indy-car leads revolution with its switch to ethanol

It has been reported that Indianapolis Motor Speedway are fomenting a quiet revolution away from gasoline and methanol and toward ethanol.

Last year, Indy-cars (IRL) ran on E10, a blend of 90 percent methanol and 10 percent ethanol. This year, every car that runs this Month of May and in the Indianapolis 500 will be 98 percent ethanol with a tiny splash of methanol.
