(13/04/06) Holding in Company

The Company was notified on 12 April 2006 by USS Universities Superannuation Scheme Limited that following a recent sale of 2,000,000 shares the holding of USS in the Company had decreased to 111,653,516 ordinary shares registered under Chase Nominees Ltd (USS). This represents 4.918 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
