The Company was notified on 11 April 2006 by UBS AG that as at the close of its business on 7th April 2006, the interest of UBS AG acting through UBS AG London Branch was 76,897,667 shares. This represents 3.39 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

None of the Relevant Shares are shares in which UBS AG is interested by virtue of Section 208(5) of The Act.
