GTL Resources PLC (AIM: GTL), the US based ethanol production and project development company, announces that it has received notification that Mr Simon Phillips has on 5 November 2008 purchased 200,000 GTL ordinary shares. As a result of this transaction, Mr Simon Phillips is now interested in 1,349,483 GTL ordinary shares representing approximately 4.22 per cent. of GTL's issued share capital.
